This house is the ultimate vacation rental for large groups that want some space to spread out. Situated just 3 miles from downtown Breckenridge and the Gondola that will take you to Peak 8, your winter ski and snowboard access is just a few minutes away.
As you walk into The Silver Mountain Retreat you immediately notice the spacious design starting with a large foyer. To the right is a grand room with a gas fireplace, tv with DVD, and 3 oversized couches. Also off this room is an entrance to the kitchen and access to the private outdoor hot tub, and barbeque grill. Off the foyer to the right is a formal dining room with seating for 10. There is also access to the kitchen, through a small butlers pantry from the dining room. The kitchen has more than enough room to accommodate a large group. There is a breakfast table with seating for 6, a pub table with seating for 4, as well as several bar stools for the breakfast bar. Everything you will need from pots and pans, to a full dining set for up to 26 people is included. Off of the kitchen is also a laundry room and access to the garage and separate coat room.
Downstairs you find two bedrooms, a wet bar, and large recreation/meeting area. There is a card table, pool table, and a huge projection screen television with cable and DVD. In addition there is a full bath on this level.
Up one floor from the main level you find the master bedroom as well as 3 other bedrooms with king beds. There are two full bathes in the halls on this floor.
Up one more floor is a large loft area. In the loft area there are several bedding options, as well as a large tv (with game console, DVD, and cable), air hockey table, and foosball table.
Although the property is located in a neighborhood you still retain a nice quiet mountain feel. The backyard is fully fenced and offers enough space for the kids to be able to run around a little bit.
For ski access this property is located conveniently to park at the, FREE, satellite parking lot in Breckenridge and then take the FREE shuttle to the gondola. In addition non-skiers can drop skiers at a FREE shuttle stop about 3/4 of a mile from the property. The Breckenridge taxi service also offers group transfer to the ski area and return trip in the afternoon. This is a service offered by 4x4 van and trailer and can accommodate up to 12 per van load.
